Terms of Service

-You must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission from me. No exceptions. I will ask for and/or look up your socials to confirm. If I suspect you are underage I will decline your order and block you.-ALL ITEMS INCLUDED ARE DIGITAL WORKS. No physical copies whatsoever will be delivered. No mailing addresses are needed from either Buyer or Seller.-All commissions will be sent to the Buyer via email that was given. Two formats will be given (.jpg and .png format) at 300dpi.-I reserve the right to refuse ANY commission I don't feel comfortable drawing. This is mostly for NSFW commissions because of the possible content, but it and will be applied to all commissions.-All commissions are for personal use only (example: use for profile pics, banners, role play, etc) and are not to be resold or used for profit, or for anything involving AI. (see below)-UPON APPLYING FOR A COMMISSION FROM THIS SELLER, BUYER AGREES TO NOT USE ANY WORKS DONE BY THE SELLER FOR ANY NFT, CRYPTO, AI TRAINING AND/OR GENERATION OF ANY KIND. (Works include any and all “first sketches”, “final sketches”, and “completed commissions”. )-The “final sketch” refers to the first initial sketches before the “completed commission” is sent
(in order: first sketches > discussions with Buyer + any changes to be made to the first sketch > final sketch sent + approval from Buyer > invoice sent to Buyer > payment (24hr window unless notified. See below.) > completed commission to be finished and sent to Buyer)-Invoices should be sent out within 24 hours of agreement of the final sketch. Some exceptions may occur. Seller will contact the Buyer if anything changes.-Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (including fees, if applicable), in full, within 24 hours upon agreement of final sketch + receiving the invoice, otherwise the order will be cancelled. (Exceptions are only given if the buyer has reached out and communicated with me BEFORE the invoice is sent)-NO REFUNDS will be given once the final sketch has been approved and Seller receives payment.-All completed commissions will be posted on the Seller’s account with watermark unless specified otherwise. (Posting without watermark is non-negotiable)-All completed commissions given to buyer will have a watermark.
